About Paolo

Paolo joined Henkel in 2010 as Corporate Director Strategy and Business Development. In 2013, he became Head of New Business Development, being responsible for identifying and evaluating innovation opportunities through Foresight Management, Scouting, Start-up Screening, Venturing and Incubation.
He started his career at Celanese Chemicals in 1996 with responsibilities in Operations, New Business Development and R&D. He worked as a Sales Manager in the US, and ran the Emulsions Textile and Engineered Fabrics business in Europe as well as the global Glass Fiber business.
Paolo holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering.

About Anne

Anne builds on ten years of broad experience at Henkel. She held various positions across global, regional and local marketing in both FMCG businesses Beauty, Laundry & Home Care. In addition, strategy and business development positions in Corporate and Henkel Beauty Care, including the Executive Assistant role to the CEO of Henkel. In her last role she worked on merger and acquisition projects for the Beauty Care division. Anne was raised in both Germany and the US, graduating from the University of Hamburg in Business Administration with focus on Marketing and International Management.

About Thomas

Thomas joined Henkel in December 1999 and built his career in various national and international positions in strategic Marketing and Sales in Europe and North America.
Since 2015 he is leading the development of New Business for the division Laundry & Home Care.
Having been raised in an international context, Thomas graduated from the University of Mannheim in Business Administration with focus on Marketing and International Management. He took his first career steps in the pharmaceutical industry with Roche.

About Robert

Robert joined the Corporate M&A department at Henkel in February 2015. In his role he gained significant experience with investments into start-ups in the Adhesive Technologies, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care space.
He has more than 9 years of international experience in corporate finance and investment management. Prior to his career at Henkel he worked for an investment holding and in investment banking.
Robert graduated from the HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Business Administration and holds a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen.
